In a bright yellow house just off of 4th Street sits Yann’s, a pastry shop that will change the way you view desserts and breads. Each piece created is truly art. The cakes are stunning and delicious!
Yann himself is part of the Relais Desserts Association. Having this title truly is impressive! As pulled directly from their website, it states that:
“Because pastry is a fully fledged art without compromise, Relais Desserts has been created around the master word of “Excellence”. A fully mastered technique and a meticulous precision are the backbone of the creative universe on which every member leans upon to express his own sensitivity and to particularise his inspiration.”
My ultimate favourite that Yann creates are his macarons. They taste exactly like the ones in France and never disappoint. My top flavours that they carry are the pistachio and the salted caramel.
