Before catching our morning flight back home, we wanted a quick but tasty breakfast. Within a block from where we were staying, there was a Oui Presse: a neighbourhood coffee shop serving homemade baked goods and breakfast, with an array of magazines.
We both ordered a coffee and the beans on toast. The chickpeas and white beans were done in a tomato sauce, and full of flavour, and was topped with a poached egg. For a recipe that was so simple, we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
I’d love to go back and try their lunch and baked goods!
